"We waited so long for the food and when it was ready..it was DIRTY!! so gross. I don't think they changed gloves and the guy making the burger was holding all the ingredients with on hand in the air while he was getting the box..I could see everything slipping and dropping off and he was moving it around trying to make it not fall. Not happy. The hygiene of the staff was suspect. The gril with fake nails..no gloves touching her hair and the grabbing the chips. I like this HJs but it was BAAAAAAD."

"Love Hungry Jacks and if it is located in a food court then I don’t have to wonder around aimlessly thinking what should I eat. I love a whopper with cheese and this burger is much better than any fish and chip shops burger with the lot. The burger was super fresh, perfect amount of sauce and the chips extra crunchy. The staff were super efficient and service super quick. Never disappointed at this Hungry Jacks as it looks super clean. I also love how the burgers now come in an environmentally friendly box. Win win win"

"Overall my experience is good but the staff keep on forgetting to make burgers as per customization. Sometimes forget to add sauce or extras. Apart from this the Manager over there around 12pm on 23 Feb 2022 was so kind and accommodating when I had issues with mobile app order. He made nicest coffee ever I got from hungry jacks. Thanks"

"If you want a cheap fulfilling feed then you should go to HJ! Got the cheeseburger super stunner meal in a medium for only $7.30 and you get so much food. The cheese burger was nice, nuggets good the chips were salty. The service was friendly the place was pretty clean as well."

"Pretty good compared to other McDonald’s I’ve been to. The drive thru usually has fast service and the food is better than some other McDonald’s I’ve been to. Location is also decent and is easy to access so this is probably one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to."

"Visited this place yesterday night. Had spicy chipotle cheeseburger, bbq cheeseburger and some french fries. All of it was very good. Their seating too was great."

"This one is the well known chains in Australia with their whoppers n their combos like McD. Quite economical and fast food joint. Most of the concepts of food is very similar to McD. Veggie whopper n Chiken whopper is the best along with M&M dessert. Cappucino is just awesome out there."
