"My bf I ordered by the drive thru had a voucher we used when we came into the window to pay that they had taken the voucher away, so of course we were confused. the manager was called, he repaired it all seemed good to go. so we drove all the way home just to realize that they had forgotten parts of our order, got things wrong, etc. (our mistake not to check the bag before leaving, but nevertheless. it was dead, I worked in the food industry, so it is not so difficult to put the order together unless, of course, you are extremely busy/short handed/etc. then I understand, but this was not the case. We naturally try to call the restaurant, it went straight to Voicemail. So we drove back to go my food to the building this time instead of going through the drive thru. The manager, Jonathan, immediately recognized us, was not helpful. We explained what was missing, what was wrong, he found everything perfectly. He mentioned that he was the manager for the time, pointed out that he was like a temporary manager. He was very hard working, you could say that he wanted to do everything right. He even gave us a free dessert. But as long as he stays in this place, they should know how happy they are to have a manager that actually helps employees as well as customers as possible. He is an incredible advantage for the company deserves much more recognition, respect, pay, kindness than he probably gets. Thank you. Jonathan! You are an absolutely brilliant man manager! Never change or let yourself feel less than ingenious! Thanks again!"

"Went through the drive thru, and no one was ahead of me. I had to wait over 15 mins. The customer behind me drove off visibly frustrated. Employees were obviously disorganized as they made another order before mine. Now I remember why I avoid this Burger King."

"First of all we went through the drive through and before we could order we couldn?t help but to notice the rats running around the dumpster it?s a fast food company that?s well know I?m sure corporate wouldn?t want to know you got them running around? We ordered and got up to the window the man handing EVERYONES food was NOT WEARING GLOVES..which I know that shouldn?t be aloud at all. My food was put in the bag sideways and the food was all mangled together..we asked for large combos and got small fries and the blizzard my bf got was melted to the point he could drink it..we went at 9:00 at night that shift needs to get their stuff together before they get in big trouble."
