"I went to this place let me just say, I’LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! It took FOREVER to even place my order via drive thru, then when I was finally able to place my order pay, the guy took my card left it in the machine while he went to fix food. He gave me my drink, food, but didn’t give me my card. When I asked for my card he says oh, goes to get it, then claims it was declined. There was NO WAY my card could’ve declined, so I tells him to run it again because that’s impossible. While he’s “running” my card again, I checks my bank see where my card was charged the amount of the food. When I told him my card did not decline, that I indeed paid for my food because it’s showing in my account, he gets upset keeps saying well it decline while I’m showing the transaction to another worker. Then he proceeds to say well you can keep the food. People please beware of this because he didn’t think I was going to check my account wanted me to pay him in cash so he can pocket the money. I will be contacting their corporate office first thing Monday morning because they need to be investigated."
