"They can't scan for loyalty points or the free app spin for free items scandalous really, all BK outlets should participate in the head office app schemes. Worst of all though, is that on my Whopper meal I took out the onions and added cheese, they charged me £0.80 for the cheese a disgrace, especially when it only cost £0.50 before Covid a rip off!"
