"This place is horrible. I ordered ahead and they still messed up my order. This is the second time they overcharged me when they don't have something and then almost forgot an item. The workers have attitudes when you explain that there is an up charge for the item they don't have and this happened before without automatically crediting as they stated it would. When you ask for the missing item they just hand it through the window not in a bag. ? Last time I will go to this location. I am no longer worried about TacoBell Revenge and more worried about Straight Food Poisoning. ?"

"Doesn’t seem like a good location at all. We waited forever for a person to take our order at the drive-thru and when a guy finally got to us, my dad tried to order Cinnabon Delights, but the guy taking his order said, “We don’t have those!” in a rude tone of voice, so we just drove off. The other thing I don’t like is that they still advertise the Mexican Pizzas, even though I read on Google that they’re discontinuing them until the fall. All the locations have a piece of paper on their menus that just say, “Sorry, we’re out of Mexican Pizzas.” Nope, they’re not serving Mexican Pizzas at all, they’re just discontinuing them until the fall, so why would they write pieces of paper that say, “out of Mexican Pizzas” instead of saying, “Mexican Pizzas being discontinued until fall”?"

"We ordered a mere chicken and two sides. they asked me if I wanted a reception on the car thru. I said no. 1. I should have checked my $35 order.2 I should have received a reception. a few articles were missing. we have gone home. As soon as we were there, we were tied as if it almost never happened. I mean, I'm a 40-year-old mother. I'm not the type to go happy to say food I never got, give us the next time the reception. whether we want it or not."
