"We were visiting AZ from Chicago, and a friend recommended this restaurant. The food was excellent and our waitress Jennifer was knowledgeable and attentive. We did a few of the different side dishes that were outstanding, lobster macaroni and cheese, Brussels, sautéed mushrooms, mash potato, and calamari. I loved my 22 oz bone in Rib eye steak. My wife had the Delmonico. I also had their bacon infused bourbon and my wife had the Mule cocktail. After dinner we already had planned returning back whenever we visit AZ again, but they made a mistake and billed my credit card twice. My wife immediate called and the manager Thomas Dennett, was very apologetic and helpful. He looked into it and acknowledge the mistake. He immediately had our money refunded, and a week later we received a gift card in the mail. Outstanding customer service and we will recommend this restaurant."
