"I don't even know how I became aware of the good brain vision. it could have been a trip tip in the “Berliner Zeitung”. it is not easy to find: from berlin via the a12 direction Frankfurt/O to the descent forstenwalde east and then on the road direction beeskow to the big recommended. from there it is well signed in direction birke. but if they are in birch, they missed the filials. well located in front of the village in a former lpg area, to which a narrow asphalted road leads. parking spaces are then available directly at the good building where the wild house has been located since 2001. in the large dining room there is also a gallery floor and the farm shop. in the warm season you can also sit on terrace in front of the house. the large dining room is held in rustic country style with lots of work and wood. the beautiful weather invited to sit outside. then I sat – the waitress was to hear, but not to see. the conversation with another person was more important than the guests. Apart from me, there was only one older couple. After 10 minutes the waitress finally came, greeted me nicely and kindly and took me there, just that I was a little mad at the waiting period. wild restaurant – the designation does not promise too much. the card offers a small, really small selection of wild dresses, supplemented by 1 vegetarian dish and 1 dish from the marquee sattel swath. There was also a day ticket without prices with different flaky cakes. the courts are not quite cheap, but it is not surprising to be executed in wild. the current card currently offers: salat 4,70 €, on request with roasted strips from the redhirsch 4 €, wild boar 3 € or hot milk cheese 2 € wild boar suppe 5,70 € and wild boar 3,80 € goulash made of redhirsch, reh and wild boar 14,50 € wild boar and – bezel with stampfkarotte I am not so easy to inspire but the just roast then the annoying over the waiting period began. damwild and märkisches sattelschwein an zucht von german sattelschwein and crossed wild boars come from themselves, these products are advertised with the biosiegel. courts with wildbret in front of the hunting do not wear this seal. after eating I made a walk into the wild with damwild and saddle pigs. I could entice the damwild with some apples from the streuobst trees at the rande of the way to the fence. as popular as the obst was my sweated hand – I as a lively saltlake! back I could enjoy a coffee cup 3 € and a fruity cup 5.80 €. however, it is not particularly eco- or, in particular, bioorganic that the ice is made from a bio-ice factory in post and into the brandenburger province by 1500 km in half europa. as if there are not good regional, perhaps even bio eis providers. whether it is Italian or not – it was good and that was fresh. who wants, can still be packed in the farm with wild products, wild meat, wild sausage partly fresh, partly durable and other organic products honey, juices, jams etc. for home.
