"Writing this as I eat my cold dinner. At 4:46pm, I ordered carside to-go from this Crapplebee 's. Pick up was supposed to be ready at 5:03pm, which I suspected was too early for the meal to actually be ready. I arrived at 5:03pm and parked in a spot next to the carside order spots. There are only three spots and they were all occupied. The website states to park somewhere nearby and staff will come find you if all the pick-up spots are full. Right when I arrived, I tapped, I 'm here in the order text link that was sent. I waited in my car until 5:20pm. I went inside the restaurant to get my food after I saw another person who had been waiting in a carside spot get her food. I waited by the hostess stand where no one ever came and someone asked if I was picking up to go. I said yes . She said they were working on it and would bring it out to me. So I turned around and went back to my car for another 25 minutes. I assumed at this point that the order had been ready and people just didn 't know what was going on or were too lazy to bring it out. So I go inside and ask someone else if it was ready. Surprise, surprise... it was. I explained the situation and was obviously very frustrated. I asked how long the order had been ready, and the server said she clocked in at 4:00pm and didn 't know. So then she asked Andre whose name was on the receipt and he just laughed. Well, I can tell you it was ready at 5:10pm because that 's what it says on the receipt! So my food sat there for 35 minutes when I was waiting outside. Will never go to this Applebee 's again. The food might have tasted good when it was fresh, but now all the cheese is hard and it 's cold. At least they remembered all the dipping sauces and left out the utensils as requested. Next time I 'll go to Ruby Tuesdays instead."
