"A rare exceptional experience, Gina, third generation restaurateur, stopped by our table to ensure we were tended to properly. Saundra led us through an incredible dining experience. The octopus was the best we've ever eaten. We found out it arrived fresh from the Mediterranean within hours of being served. The Bolognese was classic and superb. The wine was transcendent and paired perfectly with the outstanding culinary experience. We will be talking about this meal for years to come!"

"Finally made it to Spes and it did not DISAPPOINT! We were welcomed by Beatrice who was warm and the most attentive host throughout our dining experience. My date and I enjoyed a delicious bottle of red sparkling wine along with gnocchi, ravioli and let’s not forget the DESSERT! The tiramisu and panettone are an absolute must!"

"Let me begin by saying that I travel the country for work. I stayed with several hotels every month and found this place by chance. The price was around $200 for the night and worth every penny. The staff was on the spot and really friendly. Loved the host/water was super friendly and checked for us often The restaraunt put hot and fast food that was very good. The bar offers my and my wife one of the best drinks we tasted in the United States. (I usually buy 2 or 3 drinks at every bar in hotels where I stay, it is usually their special and just for a test) Finally the rooms. Beyond any expectation to be honest. Ask for the upper floor! The high ceilings, the fireplace, and the decor was simply amazing. Every feeling of being seaside together with the room that you feel like you are in a house and not a hotel. Couldn't ask for more."

"The Moody Cow was SHUT. Not only did open table take my booking, they asked what my experience was like. I was disgusted nobody contacted me from the venue or open table to inform me , my friend and I had to find somewhere else to eat at very short notice. Appalling service from both."
