"I have always loved KFC. But I won't ever go to this location again. 2nd time I waited 15 minutes and wasn't even close to being able to place my order. I went down to Go Chicken Go, which is good chicken but not KFC, walked in, placed my order in 1 minute of wait and in less than 1 minute waiting for my order to be filled my 3 piece dinner with roll, potatoes/gravy and cole slaw was in my hands. Too bad. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to figure it out or closeit down because it is bad for the brand."

"Went to get the advertised 20 dollar fillup ....they acted oblivious the 8 piece is what they said you had to order which turns out 7 dollars more 1 less side ...not to mention they dont know how to make gravy...i have brown water instead ....when i mentioned 27 bucks is way higher than the advertised price of 18 they said that was chicken AND sides ....bout time for you guys to shut down....happen to see your class action for this very reason."

"DOUBLE CHECK!!! DOUBLE CHECK!!! DOUBLE CHECK!!! Absolutely not worth it!!!! I ordered online because I was going foIT lunch....SO I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE QUICKER....IT WAS DEFINITELY NOT. They didn't mess up my order ONCE or TWICE BUT 3 different times. 1st they gave me the wrong sandwich , then 2 orders of biscuits instead of the breast that I ordered and then when I went back for the breast the 3rd time they didn't give me a breast they gave me a thigh. And proceeded totell me they couldn't do anything about it because it was an online order I wish I could give them 0 stars. Absolutely horrible customer service would not recommend to anyone ever!!!!!!!!"

"No curbside despite being advertised. I ordered ahead online to avoid waiting in the drive through line but was forced to go through the drive through anyway. When I finally got my food it wasn't even fresh anymore because I had to wait. The manager wasuseless and refused to help. Should just shut it down and replace it with a Popeye's."

"Ordered 8 pc dark chicken meal and 8 pc chicken tender meal. All the chicken was hard and greasy because it was recooked or just dipped in old grease. Mashed potatoes was running. Only good thing was the soft biscuits. Terrible food and they are always outof dark meat way too early. $51.27 for a messed up dinner."
