"If I could give this place 0 stars…I placed an order over the phone at 7:12pm and was told it would be 40 minutes. Which is odd because at other locations I’ve been to it’s usually 15-25 minutes but I said okay. I got to the restaurant at 7:57pm and the order was still not ready. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Great, I waited the 15 minutes and went in again only for them to say another 8 minutes. At this point I’m frustrated because there’s so many people inside just waiting on orders and everyone has been there 20+ minutes. At 8:30pm I finally receive my order, and I checked it before leaving the restaurant to make sure everything was correct, only for the food to be cold. Not warm, cold. I immediately went to the counter and asked for my money back. No scene just simply said I wanted my money back and they could keep the food. I waited way over the 40 minutes INITIALLY they said my order would be ready, plus another 30+ at the restaurant.They did not give me my money back because they weren’t “authorized” to. The guy kept my receipt and said to come back tomorrow and they’ll take care of it. So I left this wing stop with no food, and no money back. I’m sorry but this is not the way to run a business. I work customer service and I know there’s rough days but every time I’ve been to this place over the years it’s been the same long wait experience. I rather drive to garland when this place is minutes away from my home simply because the customer service is way better."
