"Dropped in on the way home to get a take out pizza. While waiting, chatted with a customer who came in after me. After a bit, they announced that his order was ready. Hmmmmm, I ordered quite some time before he did. Where's my pizza? "We LOST your order" How do you lose an order when you have 2 whole customers who EACH ordered a 12 inch pizza. It took 58 mins at a FAST food restaurant to get their act together. To top it off the crust was over cooked and rather tough. Ridiculous level of service"

"Tried going last Friday about 8pm for a bite. The waitress said Hi as we walked in. She did not come to our table in 20 minutes and it was dead in there. She was at the till chatting. This is definitely the last visit for me. A very dismal depressing atmosphere (no music, no radio, nothing) and service was non existent."
