"Had servers feeding us drinks, pushing them on everyone, only to have the manager kick one of us out for stumbling. He has a bad leg that causes him to have trouble walking straight. We even spoke with the manager and explained the situation. Will never be back."

"After eating out at several Cranbrook and area restaurants my wife and I opted to try the Rockwater Grill (or Steakhouse). We were glad we did. The restaurant is relaxing and tastefully decorated. The evening we went we ordered the special they suggested. It featured steak, lobster and crablegs. In a word, the food was delicious. The steak was tasty and done just as we ordered it. The lobster and crab was to die for. Meggie, our waitress did an outstanding job of looking after us.After the meal my wife said, "of all the restaurants in Cranbrook that we have tried, I like this one the best so far". We will definitely go back."

"We had been recommended by friends to try. Worth the drive from Cranbrook or Kimberley. The wings and Nachos are amazing. We had a Caesar salad as well but it was kind of flavorless. A great selection of beer (Fernie on tap.) The burgers walking by looked very good. Our server (Sara) was very busy by 6pm but she was pleasant and attentive. We will be back as a couple but looked like s great place to go with friends as well."

"Not for me! I like lots of sauce and toppings on my pizza and these had the absolute bare minimum of both. If you just wanted to fill up on crus this is the place for you! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried it for a second and last time. They seem to be somewhat busy at supper time but imsurprised they are still open. It's cheap and you get what you pay for."

"After reading the above review I wonder if the reviewer has the right location. This is an express location with no sit down service. Not sure how families with children fit in it. We ordered one of the $10 special of the day pizzas. It...was very good. Nice golden crust and lots of toppings."

"Our family met here after church for the buffet breakfast. We were very impressed with theQuantity and quality of the dishes. There was a full salad bar, soup, dessert bar and aVery generous selection of breakfast foods and lunch dishes. We sampled the eggs Benedict,The fried potatoes, pancakes, sausages,crispy bacon, waffles and pancakes and all were delicious. There was an Omlette station and roast beef, ham, perogies and the bestBeef stroganoff I've ever tasted in a restaurant. The servers were prompt with coffee andWater refills and the foods were replenished promptly. The restaurant was crowded and theLocal guitar virtuoso played beautiful songs. We live in a city and would easily have paid $35Or more for a buffet of this quality. It's obviously well known to the locals. We will return!"
