"Standards dropped massively both in service and food. Not sure if there’s been a change of ownership but we didn’t recognise any faces in there back from the early days. We used to come here weekly. We even have our own Blacks Burgers T Shirts! Really not sure we’ll be back unless reviews improve. A few groans ; overcooked chicken, really tough! the bunless option used to be good but it really felt like the bottom of the bag dregs. weird powdery banana gelato inedible. lady that took our dessert order decided to have a sit down after taking the order. So, 15mins went by so we had to ask someone in the kitchen to follow it up. The gelato came and then we had to wait another 10 and ask again about the brownie. Another lady finally completed it whilst playing on her phone (wow, hygiene) we were one of 3 tables left in the restaurant. I saw another person complaining about service levels and others looking around for someone to bring them food which was saw waiting for some time."

"I was a little reluctant about going out for food after the most recent lockdown but the staff at Hanedan made us feel reassured and welcome. Despite the times, there was a great atmosphere, and my word, the food was incredible. For what I would...consider as simple grilled meats my meal left me feeling satisfied and elated. I cannot wait to go back !"

"2nd time of having lunch here it was delicious. Friendly staff, clean restaurant good service. We ordered the houmous pitta bread which was great two medium chicken breast burgers. They arrive on slates with your chips in a side dish, the chicken is amazing, so full of flavour good salad in a brioche bun. Really enjoyed our lunch, couldn't finish the houmous starter, burger won!"

"I barely checked eating, but I had to go for this place, we had only one delivery and that eating looks exactly the same as the menu photos. no jazz and slop in reality, this place is 100% perfect! the packaging and packaging with which it comes is really different than others we had. it is added something extra to the meal. eating is amazing! so fresh and tasty. the aromas explode in their mouth, everything is perfectly cooked and the chips are seasoned to perfection. when they read this, they give the grillbox a try."
