"They need to do a better job of cleaning their floors. They feel greasy. It's gross. The food here is decent but it's nothing to write home about. The last two times I've been here the cooks messed up my order pretty bad. For example, we came here for an early dinner. They weren't busy. My son ordered a regular cheeseburger with onion rings. Our food came, his didn't. The cook forgot about it. TWENTY minutes later it finally came but they forgot his onion rings. Fifteen minutes later his onion rings came out but it got so late we had to leave. We weren't offered a discount or anything, just a lazy apology and that was it. I don't expect free handouts but this was unreal. It took far too long to get his forgotten order out. To top it off, his burger was so overcooked it was like beef jerky just inedible. I paid the bill in full, tipped as expected, but we won't be coming back anytime soon. Chatham Tap, you really let us down."

"Called restaurant in afternoon to place an order I was going to pick up on way home. I was immediately placed on hold for over 11 minutes. I finally hung up as I was driving by the restaurant and their was less than ten cars there. Thought I would try it again in the evening and I probably should not have tried again. Ordered pork poutine and I did not see any gravy on the serving. Needless to say it was not what I had expected and very disappointed."

"We hadn't been here in quite a while, but their food was still delicious! My husband got one of their bacon burgers, and I got their pork tenderloin sandwhich. For apps, we got boneless BBQ wings and short stack onion rings. Everything was delicious! Great sweet tea!! If you don't care of it really sweet, you won't like it."

"This was our first visit to the restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised. I had the lasagna, and I can honestly say it was the best lasagna I’ve ever had! I had a small taste of my husband’s roast beef sandwich, and it was excellent as well. We’ll definitely be back."

"Bartender completely over worked. I had to ask for a menu after trying to get her attention for 15 minutes. Received my menu and was unable to order for the next 20 mins. Asked for my bill to pay for the one beer I had. Will be waiting awhile to get the bill."

"We visited late in the lunch schedule so I am taking that into consideration in my review.Post-Covid there's not enough Chinese food buffets operating to my liking so we appreciate one when we find one. This one only has has a single steam table gondola so you won't be overwhelmed with choices but most were good nonetheless. The soups were hot, fresh, and flavorful. You may need to mix and match proteins and vegetables to make your plate but we were able to get our fill."
