"On a recent stay near Baysville, my wife and I decided to get a restaurant meal one evening instead of barbequing, our first visit to the Cast Iron Restaurant was a memorable one, the place was packed but a friendly local couple invited us to join them and eat at the bar. We sat surrounded by locals while the owner served us, the jerk chicken was excellent as was my wife's fish and chips. Will definitely return for the food and the great staff and the fun environment."

"Walk in and was greeted by a guy who didn't even seem to care to be there. Waited about 10min to just sit down. Got to watch at least 3 people walk by the food that had been sitting in the window since we walked in. 2 girls walked in behind us and sat themselves as we were getting sat. We were sat with no menus when the server came over she was already frustrated and went and got menus. Finally our server took a drink order who didn't seem that knowledgeable with beer. We waited 15min for our drinks which never showed. We look up on the next tier of the patio and the two girls who had came after us got there drinks and were ordering. We left walking by the server and host that saw us and they didn't even say anything at all just watched and continued on.Either a short handed staff with bad management or a terrible front staff with no care."
