"Service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes for one appetizer that was dripping in grease. Would have had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour just for entrees.Saw the waitress when she took our drink order and didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Brought drink then walked off again. Restaurant was not busy. Definitely do not recommend!"

"I was handed off the wrong order and called to speak with the manager who then hung up on me and was not willing to provide me with items paid for.. do not waste your time on a company who will steal your money and not give you what you pay for. Wing stop is better ,less stress worrying if order will be right."

"Food is pretty expensive for what you get. Fast food style fried or grilled foods for sit down restaurant prices. Also kitchen and service is incredibly slow. From several times I have ordered and tried various foods, it took on average 1 to 2 hours to get the food. The one single time they happened to make the food under 1 hour they called me multiple times to see if im coming to pick it up while I was driving, even told them I 'm driving to pick it up and they called again and again.One time, one of the menus had Texas Toast as part of the meal. When I got home to open it, I had a slice of sandwich bread, I called to ask and complain that what is this bread? Its a slice of bread not even toasted, this isn 't Texas toast. It looks like you guys just bought a loaf of bread from HEB and tossed it in here and all she replied was its not from HEB, don 't worry its vegan zero mention of why its not toasted or bigger thicker bread as its supposed to be, no offer of refund or partial refund, no apologizes, nothing.Recently ordered pizzaroni because picture on instagram looked good. But after getting mine, I am not comming back to this store or supporting it anymore. It looked nothing like the picture, cheese wasnt even melted, tomato sauce tasted like cheap tomato paste can from HEB and just smeared on it. I could still taste the metalic can it came out of. Pretty sure the image used for that vegan pizzaroni wasn 't vegan or at most specially made just for the picture."

"We have been coming here ever since they opened, and the food is always great! The owner and staff are really friendly. Wait time is a little long on food, but is understandable since they make everything from a food truck where there’s not much space. If you don’t want to wait that long, I recommend going during the week and not on weekends, or calling your order ahead for pickup. But the food is definitely worth the wait."

"Do not go to Sugars! The door boy Ace is a major Jerk! He doesn't know policy and when I asked him what the policy was for entering the facility, he could not explain. He then proceeded to push me out the door PHYSICALLY! I am a 4'10 woman! I guarantee you, he wouldn't do that to a man. It would be nice if Sugars employed MEN that have people skills (even the armed security stated that he isn't a people person) and RESPECT for women, especially because he works around women. They truly don't deserve the one star that I'm giving them but I have to a least give them one star in order to post this review. If you are looking for a decent strip club to go to, I highly recommend All Stars, which isn't too far from Sugars."
