"The experience was not good, there were not many people and many mistakes. The worst thing we asked for a menu of celiacs and were wrong, they didn't give it wrong and the girl reacted. "Terrible customer service and very slow. The people in front of us were lectured on being rude by the staff member, as the staff member was being just as rude to them. After this, we saw our order (two coffees and a doughnut) get prepared, and it was on the queue of orders being prepared. However, the number was never called, and we could still see our tray, with our prepared food on it. Then, we watched as our doughnut was used to fulfill someone's order... Over 10 numbers past ours! At this point, we asked a staff member where our order was, which is when we were rudely told to be patient and to wait our turn. Again, orders far past ours had been fulfilled, and ours had been deconstructed to fill one of them. Also, it had been about 20 minutes at this point. Finally, a staff member went and retrieved a frozen doughnut to fill our order and gave us our tray. Our total wait time was approximately 25 minutes for 2 coffees and 1 doughnut. Don't go here."
