"This is the second time we have visited Garden buffet on a Saturday at dinner time 6pm.Although "Prime Rib" is advertised on the light up bill board as part of the weekend menu, there was none to be found. My husband asked why not and they claimed they had just run out and more would be ready in approx 25mins. About 40 minutes later a small piece showed up at the kitchen window. The "chef" sliced each piece and then fried it on the grill.....he was obviously trying to warm it up! We could not chew through it. Just a rip off"

"AAA Customer service. I ordered my food a little bit before closing and they where happy to deliver it to me. a little while passes and I can't pay for the meal because the select scanner he brought couldn't be paid using the saving option. So the owner trusts me with the food and leaves it at my place, drives back, grabs one that can pay using savings, and drives back. at this point it has been close to an hour after closing and he comes back super apologetic, like it was his fault. TL;DR the drove close to an hours worth to get me my food. Please buy and order from here to thank him for me."

"Having lived in Windsor for many years returned this year to get married from England we chose my favourite old pub for a get together. There was 22 in total. All the food came out together all of it was hot and all really good. The English family that was travelling loved the pub and the atmosphere. The waitress was great very polite and quick to refill drinks. I have certainly missed shotz wings !! Be back next year."

"Ignored until the bar server came by, seating another group and was asked if we were in "no Man's Land". Jennifer came back and took our drink order. The server responsible for the section came by and said she "forgot about us" after being seen looking in our direction - lame. food arrived, steak was clearly over done and speciality fries were a glutinous mess. Complained and was told the manager would take "something" off the bill. never saw the manager. We were offered something else to replace it but the first offering was so off putting we declined and left."
