"I am beyond disappointed with this restaurant. I don’t understand the good reviews. I went there for my 5 year anniversary, we barely go to restaurants so we were excited to go to this one as it had such good reviews and a Michelin star. We ordered the menu, costs 90 per person 25 pp with the wagyu option. First off, the a la carte options are so varied and looks like they have maybe nice things. And since we got the menu, we were expecting something nice as well, the chefs choice and all, huge mistake. The first foods arrive and it’s mainly tasteless chunks of cucumber, half a onion, a miso soup that only tasted like chicken stock and the wagyu party, which consists in 1 nigiri with a thin slice of wagyu (was missing salt as they don’t give you soy sauce) and 1 meatball filled with mozzarella (which tasted like normal meat and it was dry- So you pay 25 for those 2 pieces, not worth it). Anyway, this was the first round of food. The next round of food consisted of 1 bowl full of Brussel sprouts, more than 10, and on top some bonito flakes. Just that… just brussel sprouts in our table and nothing else. Ok, after a while they came and took the brussel sprouts in order to bring the next thing on the menu. The next thing on the menu was almost half an EGGPLANT on top of a bunch of rice, and the eggplant was cold. This eggplant dish was very bad and we started to feel bad for paying that much money just to eat VEGETABLES, and not only that, because you can make good vegetables like gyoza and spring rolls, tempura, etc. We couldn’t believe that we wasted that much money to celebrate our 5th anniversary in such a bad restaurant. We asked them to stop our menu right there, they charged us 70 instead of 90, plus the 25 ofc. So in the end we ended up paying 95 per person to eat some very bad vegetables and tasteless food and 2 pieces of wagyu that’s weren’t even good. I don’t know if the a la carte is better, must be because at least you are picking the things you like, but STAY AWAY from the chefs menu. It’s much better to spend that same 95 or 115 getting things on the a la carte. Anyway, I would like to tell the restaurant that they ruined our 5 year anniversary dinner, you make us feel so bad for spending that much money in such a poor experience. Made me very sad to say the least."

"I was in this restaurant several times and I'm going back with joy! every meal I had so far was delicious (tartartar, leberli, reiskasimir etc). all waiters and waiters are friendly and attentive. one of my favourites is the...Fondue chinoice à dicretion! I keep it every year for bigger groups and we all leave this restaurant so happy for several reasons! first they always try to make the reservation in the wine cellar. fantastic atmosphere! especially during the Christmas season with the decoration. or even better, at halloween when the owner tastes it with incredibly good carved cuts. a must see! in addition, they get various types of meat for this meal: calf meat, poulet and the unbeatable bark fillt. the bark is cut into dices (not these stupit slices that they get everywhere). these dices are a must for bark lovers. even if they forget the bark a past in the pot and they notice that it is too well made, they will be surprised how tender this bark is still. also they get these delicious sauces and pommes allumette (i love these pommes) and rice. Finally, the best thing is: this restaurant does not want to leave this place hungry! If something does not work as desired, they simply inform the team and make everything possible to leave this place happy! I can tell them I was there a dozen times and I was never disappointed. the restaurant is not seduced in the city center of zürich, but it is worth it."

"I've been here only twice. Once in the summer outside for lunch and recently with my 9 year old daughter on her birthday (a quiet Sunday). I have enjoyed their food (although I'm not sure whether the paper underneath the food is so that you can pick it up and eat by hand), drinks, ambiance and service. People are nice and the place takes me back to living in NYC where Mexican restaurants were everywhere. I will happily return again."

"Amazing restaurant with great food funky interior design: burlesque is the toilet theme of women! the booking is recommended to mention as well as the seat preference (in the back). the chairs in the lounge are low, thr tables small eating there is a bit unpleasant and they are located near the beginning, which is an animated opposite. otherwise the interieur modern w a fun touch. Apparently, eating is co-neutral. these options along w the vegan vegetarian options are clearly marked in the menu, easy to see. eating is usually westernized. it doesn't seem to be an English menu handy (it is served quite quickly, even on busy days. fair portioning, amazing appetizers and beside dishes (the vegan fries w veganese, and the spicy gurken kimchi.) there is a solid selection of drinks on and off menu (please just!) updated by previous review on 2022-03-21"
