"This place has awful service. Just awful. The food is okay, but the service is non existent and rude. Allow me to explain. I have called this place for days and they don 't answer their phone. Then I walked by their place and it 's empty. I thought maybe they went out of business given that seems to be in vogue these days especially in a hellhole like San Francisco. But no, they are still operating. Then I thought maybe they 're trying to save money and turn off the lights because we know PG&E are crooks, but no, they 're not doing that. They 're just closed...for days. No sign or anything. Then there are times I pick up the phone and call them and it 's a busy signal, all the while thinking wow these guys are busy WRONG. The kid that works there picks up the phone and purposely puts you on hold but doesn 't talk to you. He leaves the phone on the table and walks away. I can hear the chefs in the background cooking in the kitchen and I can hear the kid walking around shuffling his little feet. I hang up and call back the line of course is now giving me a busy tone because that 's what this kid does. He 's a screwball. He doesn 't want to work there. His parents probably own the place and he 's very unhappy with his life. In any event, this is what you will need to go through in order to just order take out food from this place. It 's really nonsense. I 'm hoping the owner reads this and realizes how much of a mistake he 's making by treating customers this way."
