"Stopped in for lunch and the food was nasty. We order a pretty simple meal...soup and a tuna sandwich..the soup tasted off..even the cook agreed it tasted off...but who can screw up a tuna sandwich...it was dry and bland and not worth the effort to eat it..I have been there before and enjoyed the lunch but not sure i would go again."

"Bad customer experience from the manager. McDonald’s is known for large customer service, but this location has lost all respect for customers. my family and I drove through the drive and the drive through loudspeaker didn't work. we had other drivers who drove through the second drive and just landed through the reward window. the participant told us we must pay for the order, but we never have a chance to order. Finally, we did the order after twice wrong, we asked for free coffee for the inconvenience. the manager came, did not ask what happened just assumed that we kept the line and move us and that they call the police. unprofessional from a manager who is to lead to an example. it was not about the money, but only about the captain who counts on how customers are treated by the personal. if the manager hates her job and doesn’t like to work with customers, they end their job and move on. mcdonald builds his call on speed, good eating and amazing customer service. this visit to my family was not a hint. the owners should read customer feedback and make personal changes for a successful business. the manager was not willing to wave and not concerned about what had happened was a loss of much taken for the load, for a family of we spend a buck money at each visit. we are not coming back."

"What concerned me was the woman kept coughing into her hand ( I believe it to be one of the owners) and then she would use that same hand to grab toppings out of the bowl...My friend had the burger, didn't seem to be bothered by that.. I stuck to eating the chicken...."

"Took our granddaughters for the day and had a great time. We were told to go early in the morning as the animals are out and about. We went on the bus as then the baboons don't wreck your car. The bus was very comfortable and it has large clean windows. The bus is extra once in the park. The animals look to be in great physical condition which is nice to see.After the bus ride we went on the boat ride (no extra cost) and you get to see three more different kinds of monkeys and ring tailed leymers. After the boat we walked down another lane to go see the feeding of the vultures and the elephants. The girls also liked the flamingos and the large storks. Went for the train ride around another area and saw reindeer, and a donkey. They had had enough animals so headed off to change into their swim suits for water park time. They were a little shy at first but it didn't take long to get in line for the slides. There favorite part was the climbing area with the big bucket. So after two hours us grandparents decided that it was time to leave had to bribe them with a visit to the store. All in all a great day with lots to do."

"I was here for the first time recently. I sat in Brenda's section. She was the best server I've ever had in my life. The food was good, but my service was definitely what will bring me back. It's a shame because I saw another server screaming rudely and on other servers before people. I don't know what the other girls were problem and I'm glad I wasn't in their section. But anyway, when I come back, I'll ask if Brenda works!"
