"Good quality. An unplanned visit on a recent Sunday resulted in a very good meal.the food was not overly seasoned, and it did have a bit of a chain-like feel, but the entrees were uniformly good. The ingredients were fresh, and very good tahini and hummus. Our server seemed pretty disinterested, which was disappointing as the other server was very animated and offered suggestions to newbies at his tables. Deserts were ok, but not as good as they looked."

"Chile Verde near Polaris [hidden link] Overall GrubGrade B The Breakdown: Atmosphere: Grade B: We hit up our nearest Chile Verde for lunch a few weeks ago. Since we weren’t there during peak hours, it’s a little hard to judge on atmosphere. The place was exceptionally clean and quiet, and table spacing was a non-issue since there were only a couple other patrons in the restaurant. The outside décor is pretty bland, but the particular Chile Verde is located in a strip mall, so the outside of the building is probably always going to be fairly bland. Although it was clean on the inside, it was also fairly boring. But let’s face it, if you’re eating at Chile Verde, that means you’re probably tired of Taco Bell but don’t want to spring for the upscale atmosphere of a Cantina Laredo. That’s cool. Chile Verde seems comfortable in its own skin and isn’t trying to fool anyone with flashy décor. High marks: Quiet and clean Low marks: Inside and outside décor fairly bland ……………"

"Food was DELICIOUS!! I made okra right! The grape leaves were the best I ever had, and their classic hummus is incredibly good. Also homemade salad dress is great. And they have shakers full of lemon juice to season your food and drinks. I will definitely come back to fill my vegan belly!"

"I went here for the first time today with 2 additional vegans. There are build your own bowl, wrap, or salad options with rice base, protein, and a sauce.I asked about vegan options and received thorough explanations of vegan friendly options. The two rice options are vegan, seasoned tofu is a protein option, and there is a vegan sauce option upon request. Free extras available for the bowl/wrap/salad include carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, pickled onions, spiced cauliflower, and spicy vegetable blend (all of which are vegan The vegan sauce is made of blended and thinned chickpeas and spices. It is so good! The samosas are vegan as well. The owner spoke with us about our opinions on the vegan sauce and asked if we had suggestions for improvement. I told him not to mess with perfection!"
