"Food was OK, coffee, cider. We ordered of apple juice, and were charged the price for a full liter. Not being a total idiot, I know what a liter is. Yet the waitress would not change the bill. So we paid it, but were...not pleased to be ripped off."

"Disappointed but not too much! Indeed I went to the Drive as I do regularly on Friday 3/12 around 22:15, with my little son, after long minutes waiting for my order a young girl blonde hair short eagria that seems to need to change trade asks us the order number dryly as if all her misfortunes came from us ... I point out that I have been waiting for 10/15 minutes for a triple cheese burger and a small Wrap, which she answers yes well you will still wait and close the window of the window in a rather violent way ... So far I’m staying calm but after that I’ve really started to get impatient, so we’ve waited .. Not too much the choice was hungry. 2/3 minutes later a young man who seems to be a curly in the hair half white, half brown passes in front of the window and seems to notice my impatience. He comes to see me asks my order number, I give him and explains the situation then made his most flat apologies in a quiet, smiling and compassionate way and explained the situation to us. He even offered me ice cream to compensate for the waiting time. We had refused them, we don’t like the ice too much, but the attention of this manager soothed us after his apologies it was enough for a few seconds to get our order! Message to employees: This whole story to make you notice that you can understand that sometimes there are a few things but that’s the way you deal with it that will count... Don't be an Eagle and we won't be either! If you are calm and smiling we have no choice but to follow you; Have a good day for you!"
