"I ordered a deluxe box with a pink lemonade and 2 soft taco supremes. First off the food was cold/barely warm and had little to no meat inside. We were basically just eating a tortilla wrap with nothing inside. This is absolutely awful. I tried to call the establishment but no answer. The cinnamon twist and chicken Tostitos were good. The lemonade tasted like water and had no flavor. Customer service was great. I also was asked to pull to the door and wait for my food because they were cooking the chalupa but everything was cold. Very disappointing!!!"

"It was awful. No lettuce or tomato. No mild sauce. We were not told in advance of these issues. Cashier accidentally rang up 22 tacos instead of 2. Manager, obviously annoyed, had to fix this one taco at a time instead of deleting the whole order and starting over. It took a long time to fix, but I got a free drink for my inconvenience"

"Had a coupon for 3 footlong subs for $17.99 ...my husband gets home and I look at the receipt and I'm charged almost $25 and $4 of that was a tip that the workers gave themselves. Just when do you tip yourself and not even tell the buyer that you're doing that! Plus the sandwiches were just thrown together and sloppy. Will not be back at that Subway location in Glencoe, Al."
