"I went to Kelsey's Georgetown on Saturday as I was nearby doing some errands. I figure I would get something for lunch as well as dinner as I sometimes do when I'm on the Rd for a bit. I went in to order as I was right there a petite young woman took my order after waiting for quite a bit. She was very polite I informed her I would wait at the entrance where the seats were. I waited for about 20 min watching patrons come in one by one some were impatient as there was quite a crowd. I went to the front desk again and waited for someone to acknowledge me. Eventually a young man with a slight accent came to ask me if he could help. I informed him I placed a order and wondered if it was ready. He brought back a bag a few minutes later the bag was open. I ordered a burger with fries roasted chicken mashed potatoes and broccoli as well as the great Chicken parmesan.Waste of my money. There was more broccoli than mashed potatoes the roast chicken was dry. The chicken parmesan was so burnt dry the cheese was nasty burnt the sauce on the spaghetti was little to none. And the fries after eating a few on the top and I saw the ones beneath it was as if they emptied the burnt fries from the frying basket in my serving. I would never serve this to not even my enimies. But thank you Georgetown Kelsey's. I wasn't going to show these pics but 1 of my bosses were angry and said these are the things that makes people think they can get away with stuff write a review and let them know this is not right."
