"I am legally blind and need to verbally place an order. Inside the restaurant the woman at the counter refused to take my order and said I had to use the kiosk. I said I can't not see well and need to verbally place an order and she just walked away refusing to acknowledge my issue. This was after I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. Wildly frustrating."

"Total miss in all aspects, from service to poor quality of sushi. No one greeted nor seated us. Sushi was subpar and flavorless; rice was noticeably too warm and sticky. I might go as far as saying this is the worst sushi I have ever had. Atmosphere and presentation, with the little plastic cups for the soy sauce, was tacky. All around disappointing experience. I have great appreciation for and experience in tasting various cuisines, including Japanese. If you are unable to execute an authentic sushi experience, you shouldn’t adopt it, rock n roll or not."

"I ordered something online this morning, but when I arrived the store was closed. The GM ended up calling me to apologize and offered to refund my order, or make me another order tomorrow morning. He ended up calling me again tonight to apologize again, and to send him a screenshot of my order so he can make it tomorrow. That is true customer service and such a great general manager."

"I don’t remember our waitress name but she was a black light skin middle aged woman with a black ponytail …she got our whole order wrong even the drinks! She rushed us to order. Just Wasn’t friendly at all. After spending over $100 on food and drinks . We didn’t make a fuss because we were hungry. We paid. no tip. and left. We will return because the food and drink’s was good. But I will not let her service us again. Your loss sweetie!. look now you’re in my Google review."

"I cannot stop raving about just how great a time we had here last night! I didn't get all the names of the crew working but Jeremy, the kitchen staff, the spunky ladies behind the bar all top notch people! We got there around 10pm ish and though the kitchen was soon closing they rushed our orders out hot, fresh, and tasty! They just truly seemed happy to be there and also welcome us in, which meant so much as we'd just left a place that was...lukewarm, at best. We will definitely be back to try more beers and just hang out for trivia and everything else they want to put on! Edit: came back today (6/17) and found their bbq pork sandwich. Most divine bbq in Bham true hidden gem!"

"I'm so sad....my boss gave me a gift card, he said for $50 but apparently it was only $40. So anyway I order a ceaser salad to go with dressing on the side. I got plenty of dressing on the side and as you can see drowned in dressing. Not only can i not eat this today tomorrow or any day, I specifically told the waitress I will be eating it tomorrow for lunch. So now I have to tell my boss thank you so much???????? your money went to waste. These people don't care anymore."

"Fast and Convenient. When I get off work and really don't know what I want to eat, I have found Jason's an excellent choice. I agree that for the price your sandwiches should be made from premium deli meats. Notwithstanding, they are still tasty. I normally order the Salad Bar and often go back for seconds of the soft ice cream."
