"I've been customer of Five Guys for, approximately I think it was 20 years, I believe I was in Virginia traveling and visited one for the first time. I found the hamburger to my surprise and french fries there were so many I was totally amazed about the quality and quantity and price. While I was in Virginia I was living in my mobile home traveling throughout the United States, I stayed and I forget the location for 7 days and went there every single day. The local location, where I live now in North Charlotte, or very quiet and courteous my food, was excellent and hot I took it out to my car to eat, I would strongly recommend if you want to go to hamburger and a large portion of fries that's the place to go."

"I was kinda disappointed with my food, I ordered the ?stuffed? French toast and it wasn?t the kind I was expecting, it was basically toast and they put some jelly in between. It was very underwhelming. The service was kinda disappointing too since our server didn?t even bother checking back on our table. The cocktail and bacon were good enough. Overall I?m unsatisfied with the service."

"Clean store with really nice produce, fresh meats and organic/vegan food options. Everything here does cost more than at other stores. I bought a light meal for 1 at their deli area. A small piece of salmon and a few cubes of beets was $15. I’d expect that in a restaurant but this was not a restaurant experience or even portion size. The food was good but not priced appropriately. I would consider this a store to come for a few specialty items but a full grocery trip here would not be cost effective."

"My Husband and I just signed a lease on a house yesterday. The first place we went to celebrate was The Bagel Bin. Born in Hoboken NJ my Husband said 'When we relocate to Charlotte... The home must be 5 minutes from my NY Bagel Place! ' After 10 yrs of working/commuting to Charlotte we can say we live right down the road from our Fave!! Keep up the good work!! We love you Guys!!!"

"The worst waitress I’ve experienced hands down in my life. Short and heavy female with dark hair. She argued with me about how I wanted my food prepared. She was aggressive. Weirdest thing ever! She took forever to get us drinks and then a lifetime of actually getting back to us to take our order. There was hardly anyone else in the restaurant…she was just horrible. When the food came to us it wasn’t what anyone in my party ordered and was so disappointing. The food was awful and multiple things needed to be sent back. As a result the cooks from the kitchen came out one by one to stare at us. Great customer service can cover a multitude of issues. These kids aren’t trained in proper customer or guest service at this restaurant and neither myself or others in my party will come back or recommend."
