"Decent food but they decided to close early at 1pm just after we had ordered. The staff appeared stressed. We wanted to order smoothies after eating our lunch but they said they had closed early when we approached the counter again. Unfortunate."

"Been here twice and always get a salad. Love their honey mustard dressing. Highly recommended! Always enjoy the drinks. Updated, 1 year later: This is now one of our favorite places to eat salad! Spinach bacon is a favorite and Black and Blue. Tried the roasted red pepper and smoked gouda soup oh so yummy!! Upgraded to 5 stars! Black and blue salad Grilled cheese and fries"

"Went to Galloway Station on a busy Springfield weekend. We had been there a few times before. My review will be a compilation of the visits. First 2 visits were fine, the 3rd was disappointing. The good- Been there with live music and open mic night, very enjoyable. They have several flavors of Moscow Mules, I had the coconut, very good! Philly Cheesesteak is great. Homemade chips are crispy and very good. Burgers are very tasty. Reuben rolls were excellent!! Slaw was good. Gyro wrap was good. Waitress was helpful at picking mixed drinks. Bacon turkey club was huge and very tasty. Fun place, decent atmosphere. The bad- Nachos had way too many onion and very little cheese sauce, they were dry. Never got the au jus with the Philly sandwiches as menu advertised. It was a very busy weekend and we had 8, but the food took an hour, very slow. Warm German potato salad- the potatoes were under cooked. Drink refills were so slow we had to go to the bar for drinks and refills. They were out of pretzel buns. Due to the fact we had a bigger party and it was a busy (several events in Springfield) weekend, we have had better service in past visits and maybe they were short handed like most places I will give 4 stars. The only negative on the list from the first 2 visits is the nachos. Overall, we enjoy Galloway station and I will return. I will update my review with later visit experiences."

"Gateway Grill is becoming a cool little sports bar hangout. Whether it's on the patio in the cool shade; when it's cold out they have fires lit at every table), or at the bar with 40+ beers on tap!! "I ordered the shrimp and linguine. First bite I could tell the linguine wasn?t cooked enough. It was tough, like chewing shoe laces. The Cabrera slices were so over seasoned I couldn?t eat them. I said something to the waitress and they brought me another plate. A manager came in and asked me if it was OK and it was this exact same way the first place was. Nothing else was done and I just ate the shrimp. $17.50 for six shrimp. I should?ve got my meal for free. The service was fine everybody else?s meal seemed to be OK. But this was my birthday and it?ll be the last time I eat at Houlihan?s."

"They mess up orders then blame you for not checking when you have confirmed with the cashier that you asked for it made a certain way.(ie vegan). Go to the walmart market on the other side of gateway and buy better options."
