"The sushi isn't bad, but the service is pretty chaotic. Table service takes forever, and when I have ordered for pick up, my order hasn't been ready despite allowing ample time. I would never order for delivery—sushi is one thing you don't want left sitting around while the restaurant gets its act together. The East 90s needs more and better sushi options than this place."

"FOOD was well prepared, hot and tasty. We each had bento boxes and were pleased with our individual selections. We also enjoyed the mochi and fried ice cream for dessert. SERVICE was pleasant and not disruptive. Wheelchair ACCESSIBILITY into the restaurant was not an issue and we were seated easily, however, the bathroom is down a flight of stairs."

"I booked a reservation for Sat Dec 1 at 7 pm by Open Table. That was for my husband's birthday dinner. I received a confirmation email when booking and a reservation email to Fri Nov 30 at 830 am. I didn't want to call the restaurant because I got a reservation reminder by email, so I didn't think it was necessary. When we were there, the restaurant was CLOSED. NO SIGNS EXPLAINING WHY OR EVEN A SORRY, WE ARE CLOSED . No one was inside and all the lights were out. I tried to call the restaurant and no reply or explanation of vote. I tried to call again on Sunday 2 December the day after, and the same thing that no voicemail explanation at all for closing. The seorak website says they are closed (but it is very hard to find on the website, and its not obvious at all). Google still says that the restaurant is open. Thank you. Open table Seorak for the waste of our time on my husband's birthday."
