"Feeling hungry? Looking for something a little different than the traditional Japanese sushi and noodle bowls? Hello Hungry Bear!!! This little cafe features a staggering menu of Japanese favorites sorry no sushi), Thai and Korean dishes. As well as classic diner fare burgers, fish and chips and sandwiches) but what I find intriguing is the selection of what they refer to as Asian fusion . A mad max mix of Mexican quesadillas, teriyaki and pad-Thai chicken or prawn. Too pedestrian for you? Try the bul-go-gi, Korean beef, stir fried vegetables and rice. Guacamole is extra. Not being that familiar with Korean cuisine I dove head first into a delicious stone pot of dol-sot bibimbob say that three times fast). Rice, covered with spicy beef, vegetables and a fried egg. If you 're of the mind that egg yolk is solely for dipping points of toast in you 're in for a pleasant surprise. There are appetizer sized portions of fan favorites like pan fried gyozas, tempura prawns and yams and yakitori teriyaki chicken skewers) all tasty and perfect for sharing. I ordered a side of Kim-chi pickled cabbage) which I found to be a little too sour and spicy. The menu is extensive, it will take several visits to sample everything, but portions are large, prices are reasonable and there are plenty of choices for your vegetarian companions."

"I know it 's hard to get fresh sushi in Fort St John, but the rolls we had were not fresh at all. It was very dead the new get we went which makes me wonder how fresh the good is too."

"Ordered 1 deep fried roll no mustard, gyoza and assorted tempura with a side of teriyaki sauce and extra ginger. The roll was missing other sauces.. it was cold. The tempura was barely even cooked. The gyoza were stuck to each other.. oh, and there was no side of teriyaki. I'm so dissatisfied. Wont be ordering there again! ?"
