"This was only our first time, but the food was absolutely fabulous!! Extremely fresh! I am well tuned in to the smell of histamines, having lived on the coast for many years and not one note of that when I walked in. OMG! That sushi belt again, fresh fresh! Delicious everything was delicious! We ate so much food and we were very impressed with how fair their prices were.I only gave 4 stars on the service because the young man kept forgetting things and then bringing them much later. That was disappointing. However, he was very nice and apologetic about it There may have been something going on in the back of the house needing his attention that was beyond his control and slowing things down . Otherwise he gave good service and wonderful suggestions.But honestly, I can't say enough about the food. I'm a snob, and it exceeded my expectations.We will certainly be back, and we recommend them to everyone."

"Kia is one of the best places to eat in Springfield Missouri. I come here about once a week and all the food is excellent but my favorite is the New York strip. The staff is great and the food is some of the best in Springfield. I would give it 10 stars ifI could."

"Spicy Beef Ramen is excellent! We also ordered the Spicy Sushi Roll Combo but unfortunately, it wasn't anything special and definitely not creative. The ingredients were fresh but somewhat bland... there wasn't any drizzled sauces to boost flavors. I tried to order the Octopus salad and after waiting, was told they ran out of octopus. I think this place has great potential. The employees are very friendly and provide prompt service."
