"We are happy to eat here, but either the restaurant or the open table allowed a reservation for Sunday night when the restaurant was closed. despite our reservation about a week early, as well as positiw on the let robata en know you 're come email from open table, no one has informed us that they are not open on Sunday. the result was the cost of a round trip from the strip. (we did not want to leave a 1-star review for eating or service, as we did not have it, but were not allowed to leave a review with missing reviews. (when booking this review, reservations are still available for upcoming Sundays, so check the hours of the restaurant before they trust the reservation."

"I didn 't like the sushi there. The rice tasted a little bit sour. A lot of the sushi had avocado and too much cream cheese. BUT what I can say is that for the service of this location/restaurant is really good. A girl name Tiffany who works at location 7293 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV, 89117 made sure I had everything I need as far as drinks, napkins, AND she made us feel welcomed to the restaurant. No bad response from her. (No altercation)."

"This is twice in two weeks that I have received terrible customer service from a sushi establishment. Anyway, after waiting 25 minutes to be sat (2/3/22 at lunchtime) my wife and I were approached by a Japanese version of Erkel and given one menu. Erkel (or whatever his name is) indicated that he was unable to call customers back because the restaurant's phone was temporarily offline--that was amusing since we heard him answer the phone ten minutes after we initially arrived. There were maybe a dozen people in the restaurant. Next, we were finally sat down. After another 11 minute wait we were asked about our drink orders and 7 minutes later were officially given our drinks and sushi condiments. We subsequently placed our sushi orders...then waited....and waited....and waited....and finally waited some more--about 13 more minutes. So, after 49 minutes and still no food my patience was running thin. THEN CAME THE KICKER, A FAMILY OF SIX WITH TWO SMALL CHILDREN WALKED IN, WERE SAT DOWN, AND WERE GIVEN DRINKS AND FOOD ALL WITHIN A SPAN OF 8 MINUTES--AND IT WAS A LARGE SUSHI ROLL ORDER TO BOOT. Needless to say we exited this sh*thole and vowed never to return. Besides the bad odors (like a jock strap in a men's locker room) I RECOMMEND TO RUN--NOT WALK--FROM THIS DISASTEROUS BUSINESS!! Thankfully I can say that I never actually tried the food! It may have resulted in a trip to the emergency room!"

"Loved this place! Super clean environment and very nice lighting, I will recommend to come early because it is not a big place so seating can fill up quick ! We got there at 12 when they opened and we're seated at the table we then ordered the pre set meal dessert Raku savory dessert set for 32 per person and you get to choose 2 savory I got the baguette and butter and then I got the cheese plate for my second savory dish then you choose 2 desserts I got the mango sorbet and then the Stella for my second choice. For my tea I chose the momo hot tea which had a peach flavor. I absolutely enjoyed my baguette and cheese platter so delicious as for my desserts the Stella caught my eye and was pure heaven not to sweet just right. The mango sorbet wasn't so special but still was nice to enjoy! I highly recommend it to others, will come back for sure!"

"I love this place, one of my all time favorite sushi restaurants. Excellent food, prices and fun atmosphere. I don't live in Las Vegas but this is certainly a regular stop when I am in town on business. I have been coming here for over 10 years and the food is consistently great. Everyone I bring here absolutely loves it. The freshest fish, creative dishes and diverse flavors make it an instant favorite. It isn't fancy just a really great place to eat sushi."
