"We were there for lunch. Although no guests were there, so we were the only ones at that time, we waited 30 minutes for our food. The normally acidic Ayran drink has tasted after dilute mild, warm yogurt, the refreshing acidity and the salt completely lacked. At home we had to find out that both dishes, so the fish was poured together with the potatoes and the meat with the bulgur and the yogurt on a plate. Simple and disgusting.
