"An amazing experience in an elegant and contemporary setting guided by sitting Buddhas adding to a serene ambiance. Chef David and his team have designed an exquisite International menu of appetizers and entrees that bring together a combination of flavors from the French cuisine and the Caribbean with a local twist. Needless to say the special cocktails and amazing desserts menus left us wanting more!! Our favorites: dulce de leche martini, tuna tartar, duck fois gra served on a caramelized onion and sweet apple bed, halibut with a delicious coconut crust, duck pionono, filet mignon, and risotto just to name a few tasted. As if that was not enough, the chocolate tart and the mayorca pudding definitely put the gold broche to this wonderful and inspiring experience. Can't wait to come back! !!"
