"What a treat! An unpretentious setting that serves excellent food and wine. The ceviche was by far the best we have ever had. All the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. The server was knowledgeable, and very pleasant. This is a must visit restaurant...in the Guadalupe Valley. Highly recommend."

"There are so much seafood here it is easy to miss this jewel, it is from a bottom away from the busted boardwalk! they must make reservations, but it is worth it. the sashimi oysters were so fresh I could have weeded! the fried calamari is bombed, but if they have an adventurous eater, they go for oktopus garnelenquesadillas!"

"I've been coming to Boules for several years and it never fails to impress me! The owner, Javier, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and always offers new and unique dishes. Stop in early for a game of Boules (bocce) before your dinner, there is a court in the courtyard of the restaurant. I have never ordered off menu - we typically tell Javier how hungry we are (which is usually very hungry!) and he brings out a variety of dishes - from fresh sashimi to perfectly cooked steaks to amazing desserts! This is a hidden gem in Ensenada and away from the main hustle and bustle. It's always a treat!"
