"Tried the Omakase at this place, located in the plaza in Orange. The restaurant itself is very small and dark, a few tables with a bar with all these amazing sushi chef. I still don't know why most omakase places don't have more comfortable seating, especially for the price. The lighting was also extremely dark at the tables. We ordered one Omakase and my favorite black cod, uni pasta and steam clams to share. All the fish are so fresh and extremely delicious, even the Wasabi tastes very differently. The miso soup with shrimp heads are very delicious! We celebrated his birthday there, but the ambiance doesn't seem to cater to celebrations. I have to say calling to make reservations at this restaurant almost made me not want to go here. The phone line is only available in between 5-5:30, and most of time it will be busy tone. I had to call 4/5 times to make reservations for dinner. Overall food : 5 Dining experience: 2 Booking experience:-2"
