"Really good! Went here for a reward for good grades and really enjoyed it. There a decent amount of flavours and the place was clean. The staff were very kinda and when some little kids came in they changed the music just to fit the guests."

"I love the smoothies here! My go to is the Green Machine, but I’ve tried the Mango Colada and Berry Furious too. Food is very savory! I love the Sun-Dried Chicken Sandwich and Sun-Dried Spinach Melt. Cozy and quiet environment to grab something before work, meet with friends, study, or do work. It has a lot of options so it’s inclusive for people who have milk, nut, and caffeine sensitivities! Some tables have charges and a ledge for your phone! "Enjoyed our family meal. Service is quick. Staff courteous and friendly! Updated 3.11.22: We ordered takeout for dinner. Portions are good. Our order contained goan vindaloo with chicken,rice and Xtra veggies, Spinach masala with paneer, rice Xtra veggies, 2 samosas, 2 Naan and Mango Lassi and our total was about ~42. I think it's a pretty good value considering we had leftovers. Be ready for a burst of explosion in your mouth. Their food packs a lot of heat and flavor. TIP: get yogurt on the side to help with heat. We still love Tikka Shack!"

"I booked a room with 2 queen beds for an overnight to visit family and then go to Hersheypark with 3 kids. When I arrived sometime around 8ish, there was some kind of childrens' sports event going on in the area, so the front desk staff were definitely frazzled with the crowds of people checking in. I opened the door to my room, and there was only one bed for 4 of us. I went back down and was told that there were none of the 2 queen rooms left and that the website allowed me to book the room in error. They said that the room they gave me had an adjoining room. OK, that will work for me. We were just going to sleep and leave in the morning. I went back upstairs, and there was indeed a room adjoining with a sofabed. The door between the two had no knob on either side, just the other doorknob hardware. The door between the 2 was closed by accident by one of us, and we couldn't open it. I went downstairs to see if I could get a key for the external door of the attached room, so the kids there could go back and forth through the outside doors to use the bathroom. The key didn't work. There was no bathroom in the adjoining room, so no way for the 2 staying there to access the bathroom and return. I went back to the front desk again, where the two women working were flummoxed as to how to handle the situation and had no inclination to do anything about it. They were clearly tired of me asking for things. I asked if they had a screwdriver and hammer, so I could remove the door. They gave that to me, so I removed the door myself and put it back before leaving. I made sure to take pictures because it was really such a weird situation. The morning front desk person seemed very confused by my returning a hammer and screwdriver the next morning. I said, I'm as confused as you, I never had to do my own fixing of problems at a hotel before, but it worked. When I called corporate about the situation the next day, not only because of the door, but also because their website allowed the hotel to be overbooked, they offered me some rewards points, which was adequate compensation, and I felt heard. I originally decided that I wouldn't leave a review about this since the front desk seemed unusually busy, I hoped this wasn't a regular occurance, and corporate was going to provide some compensation for the unusual circumstances. Unfortunately, those points also never materialized and it has been 4 months. I could have and would have booked elsewhere if there weren't rooms available here. I only picked here as it was close to where my family lives, but I could have stayed closer to Hersheypark since we were going there, too. I would have preferred the front desk try to see if there was availability elsewhere for us than give us a room that was clearly not in circulation to actually be used by guests. And yes, I did say that when they first told me my original booking wasn't available. But it was late, and I didn't feel like fighting with them or corporate to move elsewhere and not lose what I paid here."
