"I have no idea what these people on here are talking about! We have been many many times to the CBD Shandong Mama and love it! The Richmond one is not as good that is true, but the dumplings are still delicious. They are Fresh, not mass produced mush, and the service has always been good. The people that say the dumplings have no flavour are insane. When you order the King prawn dumplings and you get big pieces of prawn, spinach and spring onion and you can taste all of those ingredients individually, you know you have a beautifully prepared, fresh dumpling. It is very very cheap for what you get. The dumpling dishes might be $20 but you get 12 dumplings per serve. All of the dishes other than the dumplings have been flavourful and fresh. This place is fantastic and it disappoints me and amazes me that these people have given this place such bad ratings. They just do not understand the style of food that this place serves."
