"King B took me from the outside through the large glass windows, and the crystal lights flash from the inside. Spacious, airy with a glittering bar area, reserved decorations, numerous tables and accompanied by quiet music, with discreetly attached screens that present food and make appetite, the Royal B is an unusually fine and trendy restaurant that is probably a novel in this way in Aachen. Reception and service I was kindly welcomed by a well maintained service, and during the further course of my stay very well monitored. When studying the menu, which offers a good selection of snacks, soups and exclusive dishes such as lobster, steaks and burgers in many variations, I was surprised by the selection. There is also a lunch with affordable offers. In particular, the drink card points to the variety of cocktails, I think it was offered 30. The maps also showed that there are long opening hours, I think up to 1 o'clock in the night, and the life music is offered on weekends. "Nice atmosphere for the evening. Food is actually quite good, operation quite ok to good and friendly. There is a German and upscale food, and Mediterranean cuisine. Unfortunately, I find myself a bit elevated. Still always happy!"

"Die Lage des Hexenhofs ist sehr gut und vor allem der großzügige Außenbereich lockt an, das Essen und der Service trübt das Erlebnis aber erheblich.Die Vorspeise (Bruschetta) war eine etwas eigenwillige Inspiration, geschmacklich ok, wenn auch etwas gewöhnugsbedürftig aufgrund des Honig-Senf Dressings.Die Hauptspeise war jeweile sind Salat, Caesar und gemischter Salat. Augenscheinlich ist die Küche bereits damit überfordert, denn die Salte kamen keinesfalls gleichzeitig.Auf Nachfrage (wegen einer Allergie) konnte das Servicepersonal in Erfahrung bringen, dass auch das Caesar-Dressing auf Honig-Senf Basis ist und somit aus Gründen einer Allergie geändert werden musste. Einzige Alternative war ein sog. Balsamico Dressing was bedeutet, dass Essig und Öl ohne weitere Kräuter oder Gewürze auf den Tisch gestellt werden, was einem Caesar Salat nicht besonders nah.Der Wein zum Essen war ok, nicht mehr aber immerhin auch nicht weniger. Von weiteren Besuchen werden wir dennoch absehen."

"We dined at the Cornelium with a large family party and had a set menu of two different starters (vitello tonnato and gambas) and two different mains: salmon with curry spaghetti and duck with vegetables. The curry spaghetti and salmon worked surprisingly well together. The quality of the food was really good (juicy salmon, delicious sauce, crispy duck, nice gambas) and we enjoyed every bite. The black and white mousse we had as a dessert was ok. The atmosphere is nice in a very old building. It is way outside of Aachen so you do need a car to get there. If you are staying in Kornelimünster it is an easy walk from anywhere in the town centre. There are a few parking spots near the restaurant.We definitely go there again and try their a la carte menu."
