"The service and atmosphere was unbelievable. My wife and I went there for the 1st time on our 23rd anniversary. We loved everything. The employees were absolutely wonderful in creating an awesome atmosphere. I ordered a dry aged rib eye steak approx 100$ and I was deeply disappointed. I took 1 bite and it was sour and tough. I assumed maybe I just got a bad bite or cut it improperly that's why the meat was so tough. I made sure to cut against the grain. It's was still horrible. Made me sick to my stomach. I immediately had to go to the restroom. I'm not a rich person so for me to dine at this place was a very special occasion. The total bill was close to 400$. This completely ruined my night. I was sick to my stomach. I didn't want the uncomfortable feeling of telling my waiter that there was an issue because he was making every effort to make it a special night for us. I find it very embarrassing to complain and I didn't want them to think I was just complaining to get a free meal. It definitely ruined my night. I can't believe such a bad steak was served. I was also a little disappointed the waiter didn't ask me why a 100$ steak was virtually untouched. This was a big disappointment for me and killed my anniversary because I felt sick the rest of the night. I will definitely tell everyone I know to avoid at all cost."

"Hidden but if you were raised in Albuquerque, it?s well known. Delicious comfort food! You have to try their specialty iced tea with orange and cinnamon! So delicious that I couldn?t stop drinking it! I had the turkey pot pie and it was so yummy!!! Came out nice and hot! Service was pretty great! Abq doesn?t have many restaurants left with great customer service but this place is definitely one of them! Great food! Great management! Great staff! Affordable!!! Can?t wait to go back!"

"So overall the place was nice, friendly and courteous staff, but too high-priced in my opinion. I had the fillet mignon/shrimp dinner, it came with miso soup and a salad. Of course they were generous with the sides like fried rice and noodles, but I don't feel so generous with the protein. One bill for two was like $85 without tip.... Definitely no place you want to eat a few times a week, unless you have it!"

"DO NOT ORDER HERE. We ordered and paid online, waited hours for a delivery that never came and now the worker is saying that there isn't anything they can do about refunding us for it because it was yesterday. We also called until they closed about our delivery and all they had to say is that it was on its way and eventually no one would even pick up. Don't get me wrong the food is good but the service is completely garbage. We paid $40 and have still not been reimbursed plus the woman we tried speaking with was rude and unprofessional and haven't answered to any of our attempts to call again. Not only that, but the last time we ordered we received our pizza like two hours after we ordered and everything was cold."

"Luigi's Favorite Family Place for 15 years. Luigi's is our family destination for great food and a warm comfortable relaxed atmosphere for at least 15 years. Every birthday or anniversary photo has the hand drawn Napoli or Colosseum mural in the background. We love the pizza, I think it is the best in NM. The braciole! veal scallopine picante! eggplant parm and lasagne all the best ever, considering this is Albq., not the East Coast. And what an invention the carne adovado pizza! Thanks to Luigi and his family we have never had a bad meal."

"Had a reservation. Arrived and checked in at Told it would be a few minutes. After seeing people with and reservations being seated and talking to the hostess twice, we were ready to walk out, but our name was called. We decided to stay. Food was fine, nothing special. Server seemed inexperienced, didnât know a red wine from a white, but was attentive and checked in on us frequently. Not the Black Angus we remember from past visitsâ¦"
