"Bagno Vignoni is a delightlful spa town in the Val d'Orcia area in Tuscany. In the main square there is a hot spring and there are quite a few eateries to choose from. We chose La Terrazza because it was warm and they had a lovely undercover terrace overlooking the pool. What can I say about the food? It is wonderful and according to the menu sourced locally from farmers using traditional techniques and as organic as possible. I had the pecorino souffle with balsamic vinegar, honey, cinnamon and pear joy for your mouth. The I had a risotto with zucchini but instead of being made of rice, it was made from spelt grain and it was a net of pecorino cheese. It was amazing. The pistacchio fondent cake with icecream was amazing. The service was good. Highly recommended!"

What a fun day it was creating regional dishes and then enjoying the meal at the end of the class with Donatella and her charming son Michele who was our interpreter for the day. If you are visiting Tuscany l strongly recommend you visit Donatella and discover true Tuscany cuisine."
