"Who says toast doesn't get tired, has never been with simply toast. Regularly we are there, because this delicious food just makes lust for more. and especially: it's full and it lasts a long time! (We have already tested it several times :) ) Regional organic products turn the toast into an absolute highlight. the composition of the ingredients and the ideas are absolutely remarkable. the "special toasts" are always bombed and we ask ourselves how to make it always better! respect to the youngs! the sweet potato pommes as supplement is highly recommended. and if you have a pleasure on what light, there is a very delicious salad, with self-made pesto. price - performance is just right! I look forward to many more visits!"

"“Saaaag times, don’t you want to invite me to eat again?” was a question of my life at the end of a phone call last week, and it’s probably also Greek this time. the next visit was in kassel. I found here at gg the restaurant ambrosia in the district wesertor, with which the farmer and Lilli727 had good experiences. sohnemann had agreed immediately with my proposal (mother finally pays!; . when we arrived at the restaurant at 18.00 a.m., some guests were already there. we had not reserved, but that was not a problem. the friendly, young man in the service (son of the house, hit us a two table that we also accept, and also quickly brought the menu. We knew what we wanted to drink, we could order immediately: for me with car a soft beer (0.33 for 2,40 € and a crystal white for my sohn (0.5 olive for 3,40 €). But why a coca cola cooler houses wine bottles in a corner, does not reveal me completely. on the table pretty tee lighter, a high vase with one or two red tulips at the edge, red paper serviettes (his slightly thin, that looks good. what I didn't like at all, but were the covered knives and forks that have a bite level and now do not fit the ambiente. the two courses came after matching waiting times. the cream was beautifully dressed, wonderfully creamy, but could have been a bit more powerful for us. the grown Ziabatta broth was fresh, but it would have been a bit roasted. which was served shortly before the application of the main dish and as Lilli272 already mentioned, the components were crisp and fresh, but unfortunately with a finished sauce, a slightly reddish French dressing that did not taste me particularly. the “fish fillet” on my fish plate was of seaweed, perfectly fried, perfectly seasoned, not too much garlic, delicious. also the other components of the plate were able to convince: delicate Calamari rings with the tuber end piece, crisp zucchini slices, in the pan roasted thick salt potatoes slices, creamy zazikis, a grilled sampi. I had expected at least two because on the map stood “Scampis”, but overall a well-rounded Mediterranean farm I can recommend. also my sohn was very satisfied with its eating, delicate meat, strong aroma, the pommes frites outside crisp, inside soft, a delicious metaxa sauce that was originally forgotten, but then immediately after delivery. only the ayvar was not sharp enough. we also liked that the dishes, especially with meat, were not overloaded, the quantities were well portioned and one was really fed by the offered. the service was not quite as exemplary today as Lilli272 felt it. consistently nice, friendly and accommodating, also with asking, but on the one hand the metaxa sauce was forgotten, on the other hand the young man could not answer my question about the type of supplements and the fish fillet, but had to put himself in the kitchen afterwards. the plv I felt suitable for the quality offered. Conclusion: cozy ambiente, tasty eating, friendly service, sitting in summer, clear recommendation!"

"Located in the castle park, not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Site, above Bad Wilhelmshöhe Since I stayed here several times for seminars and further trainings and at the time I liked it very well, I had now rented with my lover for a weekend, including Candle Light Dinner and Spa. Well maintained, beautiful Superior 4 star hotel . The front facade is completely glazed, offers very harmonious, fresh flowers everywhere, very comfortable upholstered furniture, modern art on the walls, tables tastefully with fabric tablecloths, matching fabric napkins and candles, discrete, beautiful decoration, menu cards on the table, plus attentive but inconspicuous service, indirectly subtle purple light concept in large candles. On the 1st evening was censored: appetizers: river cancer on zucchini and apricots very fine Mozzarella Mango Pumpernickelsalat interesting composition, so never eaten. Main food: Dorade with oyster mushrooms in herbal cream with broccoli and delicate wheat very well matched. Table top in nail cream sauce, gnocchis and colorful market salads meat butterfly big my absolute highlight of the evening. Desserts : Coconut mousse on mangofoam successful exotic composition, as well as not too sweet Germknödel , heath beer filling with vanilla sauce on caramel mirror Germknödel unfortunately almost cold tastefully good. A beautiful spa area with indoor pool, various saunas, massages and a natural swimming pond in the outdoor area from here, from great views over the city, especially in the evening, when the many lights of the Kasseler shine as well as beautiful rest and rest beds are available to the hotel guests."

"After 5 days of hospital stay with full program, we spontaneously celebrated my dismissal! However, confectionery was still arranged. Vegetables, rice, fish... fish? We could look back in the “Grey Cat” or was it the “Red Kater”? Both! It used to be 2 locals, directly next to each other and directly on the “Fulleufer”. (high German: Fuldaufer Today the locations are in one hand; Family business with hotel (hotel and wellness resort and restaurant, on cycle path R1, with a magnificent beer garden, own boat bridge and a houseboat! The latter can be rented without a license! The restaurant is generously cut, modern and stylishly furnished. Behind huge panoramic windows one has a magnificent view of the river and in front of the head a beautiful tile stove with viewing windows gives a pleasant warmth. The tables were decorated with fresh flowers and candles discreetly; dark wood and red upholstery always look very elegant to me. Scampis were decorated in garlic oil (4,90€, delicious and pretty with fresh fruit and a salad leaf! Where I ordered the associated bread directly for gluten intolerance reasons. The second appetizer was the day soup/tomato soup with cream bonnet (3,90€). It not only looked deliciously prepared and garnished with fresh foliage, it must also have tasted very fruity and delicious. As main dishes we chose turkey steak with paprika cream sauce, rice and salad (10.90€ and rice pan with seasonal vegetables (8.90€), plus a 0.2 l Portuguese rosé (3.80€ and a 0.4l Radeberger Pils (2.80€). The rice was exactly boiled to the point. For me/our personally, there is nothing worse than fried soft rice. Hospital tasty food, for me/our he must be bite-proof! Also the vegetables were perfectly cooked, probably briefly swung in the pan with oil, according to Mediterranean style. No frozen vegetables! From fresh carrots, pastinaks, zucchini, onions and eggplants to paprika carvings everything was there. And again decorated with fresh fruit, a salad leaf and foliage. I personally love pepper, but he must come fresh from the mill. A XXL mill (see photo is available for pepper lovers – great! The juicy turkey steak was served with a creamy pepper cream sauce, perfectly cooked and seasoned, with rice and a fresh salad mix. Everything was eaten up to the last rice grain! Is there a better compliment for the kitchen? The service was very friendly! Our recommendation for this family business. We are looking forward to the summer and the idyllic beer garden."
