"Positive points: the service was very well despite several reviews read before going to this restaurant, the dorade was fresh and the cooking was perfect. Negative points: the entrance of the restaurant is crowded and the decor is defecated (minor points) the squids were not tender, the rice was not cooked and the vegetables were almost raw (major points). The entries were correct (feta and olives or tzatziki and olives.)"

"I went here quite by accident. After a long day of walking around Mont Royal I just wanted to eat and enjoy a drink. Crudessence certainly offered both. The woman behind the counter was very nice and helpful. I had a tuna wrap and a ginger smoothie. I have to say that although the wrap was well made I could not get used to the rice paper wrapper. The smoothie on the other hand I would heartily recommend. I would recommend going to this heartily just don't choose the wrap if you are like me and not a fan of rice paper."

"We took my daughter her friends to Montreal for her 18th birthday. Looking around for a restaurant near our hotel, I snagged a reservation at Moleskine. I’m glad I did. All six of us loved the pizza, and my daughter said it was the best pasta she’d ever eaten. The teens dug the DJ spinning funky records and we all enjoyed the isolated, balcony booth overlooking the bar. Funky place with amazing food and friendly waitstaff made for a wonderful, memorable birthday dinner. Next time we visit Montreal we are absolutely eating at Moleskine again!"

"While at a week-long downtown convention, my wife and I had a short but profitable late afternoon Monday visit to the Casino de Montreal and decided to spend some of our winnings on a special dinner. I contacted BIS and was welcomed without a reservation even though the restaurant is normally busy most nights. The meal was even better than the gambling which preceded it. The veal and wine paring (I AM Aria Matteo Domodimonti Marche 2016) were wonderful. Although not on the dessert menu, the kitchen made up a fresh fruit plate which topped off the evening. Friendly and engaging service. BIS means encore in Italian and if we lived in Montreal, we would definitely visit it again!"
