"Better late than never... For Valentine's Day I brought my lady to SILOS for dinner. We came a little early, but were quickly accommodated. We used to sit when a waitress poured a drink of cold water and the service she had provided in the evening was really impeccable. She was bright, friendly with a bubbly personality but extremely professional and nothing was an effort for her and she really sure we were well looked after. By the way, her name was Belinda and whatever she deserves, she deserves more... In combination with the excellent bottle of wine we enjoyed, the food was just divine and the chef took it off. We enjoyed canapes, scallops cooked to perfection, succulent and cooked again to perfection steak with mouth irrigation deserts. I can honestly give Silos my highest recommendation and we will be back.. If I had to score, I would give the restaurant a 9.9/10... I would have given them a score of 10, but you have to leave some room for improvement.... Thanks again for a pleasant and unforgettable evening...:"
