"Trattoria Acqua is a top 10 food destination to USA Today (as it says on its website. This claim, also with the recommendation of a friend, put the bar of expectation higher than a normal restaurant. We found the atmosphere quite elegant, which is always a plus in my book. The layout of the restaurant is definitely not traditional as it is like the 2. The floor of a building is (but still with outdoor seating in the middle). Food is of course the most important part. The bread they serve before the meal could be the best I ever had. The bread was super fresh and served with... Hummus! Needless to say, the bread was consumed quite quickly, and several baskets were eaten. Unfortunately they did not have the meal I wanted, lamb, so I got a wild boar pasta (it was game and truffle week – crazy! . The wild boar pasta was actually very good, but when the meat alone (without pasta was a little too salty. I tried some lobster ravioli that was not as good as I expected (but it grows on you. The restaurant offers some other crazy dishes, but they are really expensive, like lobster pot cakes. The best part of the meal was dessert (and the reason why it was recommended to me). I have a melted chocolate soap that came with Blueberry purple, and a raspberry sauce on the side. It was really good with a beautiful Tinge alcohol in the souffle and sauce. The Tiramisu was also very tasty; my friend thought it was amazing. Too bad we could no longer order Desserts, they have a wide selection of delicious sound items. Anyway, the review Encryption would be this: Bread – 5 stars Entree- 4 stars Dessert- 5 stars"
