"Date night at Daphne’s last night and food was nothing short of incredible. We did 3 courses each (appetizers, pasta, and entree) and every bite was better than the last. We started with the piri piri shrimp and octopus. I order octopus a lot and this was one of the best. Great mix of salty, acidic and sweet flavors. Shrimp were delicious with a spicy kick! Then we each had a half portion of pasta. I LOVE when places offer half portions of pasta dishes so you can indulge without getting too full for an entree. The Duck Pappardelle was phenomenal. I cleaned the plate. We finished with the steak and speck wrapped pork tenderloin. Both had amazing flavor and were cooked perfectly. I didn’t think the appetizer and pasta could be beat but I think the tenderloin was my favorite bite of the meal and a perfect way to finish (and maybe the very best dish I experienced ANYWHERE in Barbados). Setting/ambiance were incredible!"
