"Mein Sohn hatte Geburtstag und wir suchten etwas passendes. Alle 4 Personen hatten Lust auf Schnitzel. Wir essen gern aus fremden Küchen, aber diesmal heimisch. Gar nicht mehr so einfach zu finden. Dann dank TripAdvisor der Tipp nach Kirchheim. Es gab 3x Tagessuppe, 1x Jagerschnitzel, 1x Rahmschnitzel, 1x Spellmannschnitzel (hatte ich, lecker) und 1x Zwiebelfleisch, 4x Salat . Danach 2x gemischtes Eis und reichlich Getränke. Alles zusammen 84€ - gefühlt nicht teuer und es war jeden Euro wert. Obwohl noch eine Gesellschaft im Haus war, wurde freundlich und schnell serviert. Rheinische Fröhlichkeit nenne ich sowas. :-) Wir haben noch Rest - Schnitzel mitgenommen, es waren pro Teller 2 Stücke Fleisch. Pommes kamen in der grossen Schüssel auf den Tisch. Der Salat war so wie bei Oma. Ach ja. Parken ca 100m entfernt. Im Vorderraum alles ebenerdig, könnte aber neben der Theke beim Fussball evtl was lauter sein. Hinten eine kleine Stufe."

"The forest house is a super address in summer and winter. the food offer is varied and, depending on the season, additional meals are offered. through the wooden furnishings the restaurant looks very cozy. an old one of them donates much warmth in winter after a long walk in the deister. the service is always friendly and always strives to satisfy the guests. also children are treated friendly even if a glass falls. we like to come back."
