"The staff working the night of Friday, 04/15/2022, should be re-evaluated. We have never had such horrible service at this location. First, you get trapped in the drive-thru with no way of deciding to leave. After 20 minutes just get to the menu to order, we are told to give our order at the window. I have no idea why they thought this would be a good idea, because her headset worked well enough to tell us what to do. Wait another 30+ minutes, to have the worst service at the window. The entire time the girl was on the phone (on her Apple Watch) yelling at it and telling her coworkers that “All these people better be getting they ice cream before 11, cause that’s when I’m out”. Yet, THEY are the reason it took us nearly an HOUR to make it through their drive through line. I can handle mildly bad customer service, but that was horrendous..."
