"Ordered delivery for our family in February. The woman on the phone said it would be about 45 min. To an hour, which was fine for us, however we waited for more than 2 hours and called back twice. Both times the woman on the phone said 15 minutes. It was almost 10PM and most places were closing up for the night, so we eventually cancelled our order and went with C&T Wok Express. Great service there and the food was at the door in 10 minutes."

"Came here tonight with a few buddies for some food and drinks. We get our food, waiter spills a full glass of beer all over our food and gets it all over my friend’s clothes. Mistakes happen, we weren’t angry and we were actually trying to comfort the server. Server leaves and replaces half the food, doesn’t bring paper towel for a solid 5-10 minutes afterwards as well, and doesn’t even offer to clean it for us either. I mean I don’t care to clean it myself but.. you work here, at least offer to clean up a mess that you made. We had 2 servers and both just kind of ignored the situation. Just left us to organize the food they messed up and clean the mess they created.Later on as my friend is in the washroom is trying to clean his pants that are 75% covered in beer, I ask the server if she can do something so he has something nice to get out of all the mess, right? A free dessert? A free meal? It’s not expensive, it’s just about having good etiquette. The server went to get the manager, and well, the manager didn’t see it that way. She immediately came, no introduction, no apology, just got straight to getting angry at us for making such an absurd request. She actually said she already threw in free food for us.. she was referring to the food that was replaced due to being covered in beer. Realizing there’s no reasoning with this lady, we tell her it’s fine and she’s free to go. Again, no apology, no goodbye, just immediately left.1 star. Would give less if I could."

"We have visited this location several times and strangely enough; everything here is great except for the wings! The decor and atmosphere are excellent. While a little on the noisy side, the variety of big screen TVs is good. In particular, we have been very impressed by the way we have been treated when mistakes have been made with our orders; they have been corrected quickly and often with a refund or discount. The wings aren't the greatest (somewhat small and expensive) but the rest of the menu (particularly the wraps) is above average. We'll be back."

"Amazing staff,lovely customer service, mouthwatering burgers, fresh ingredients and happy customers.?EPIC? We have cheese burgers, philly steak and chicken Svlki. All prepared in front of your eyes. Service was quick, all COVID precautions were in place, parking available and limited number of customers indoor. Couldn?t take pics of the food we ordered coz we were very hungry and the it was irresistibly GOOD Shoutout to the kind staff who helped me to make these choices- did not regret that.?thank you ?"
